  • The Henrico Christmas Mother for 2024 will be announced in May. She will be our speaker.

HCHS Book Drive

Please note: All children's books must be NEW.

  • Ages 0-2 - Board books
  • Ages 3-4 - Preschool - Lots of illustrations and early vocabulary
  • Ages 5-7 - Lower Elementary
  • Ages 8-10 - Upper Elementary
  • Ages 11-13 - Middle School
  • Ages 14-18 - High School

Most needed are board books, preschool, and upper elementary.


Ollie's has a nice selection of books for children at very reasonable prices and many are marked for age appropriate.

Collection bins with the Henrico Christmas Mother logo will be provided upon request if you would like to collect donations of books at your church or business.

An additional Christmas Mother book drive event will be held at the Lakeside Farmer's Market hosted by Sharon and Peter Franscisco in partnership with HCHS on Sat. July 13, 2024, 9:00-12:00.
