Participate in History and Join the Henrico County Historical Society!
The Henrico County Historical Society is an all volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of Henrico County's history, historical structures, and artifacts. The Henrico County Historical Society has committees to match your interests and welcomes your membership.
The Society meets at 2:30 p.m. on the first Sunday of March, June, September, and December in different locations of interest in the County of Henrico. There is usually a guest speaker on a topic of particular historic interest; often, a visual presentation is included. Tours of historic locations are also at times included in the quarterly meetings. There is no charge to members unless otherwise stated for special events, and visitors are always welcome.
Meeting topic and location are announced on our website and in the quarterly newsletter, which all members receive.
