HCHS Events 2015 - Fourth Quarter
Sunday, December 6th, 2:30PM

The next quarterly meeting of the Henrico County Historical Society will be held Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Meadow Farm /Crump Park Orientation Center 3400 Mountain Rd., Glen Allen, VA 23060 starting at 2:30 pm.

The speaker, Doug Riddell, has written a number of publications on railroads and co-authored the book “Virginia’s Legendary Santa Trains” with former Miller & Rhoads Snow Queen, Donna Strougher Deekens. In addition to presenting his book, Mr. Riddell (who is himself a former locomotive engineer) will speak on railroad history of the area which will include early photographs of the Glen Allen RF& P station.
